Online Counseling

Counseling is for anyone who would like to grow, change, or recover. A good therapist can support you through the big things and the little things, while giving you the skills to not only cope with life's ups and downs but also build a life that feels fulfilling for you. All of our sessions are held virtually using Zoom.

Intake Session 6,000 JPY

The intake session is the initial session with any counselor or therapist, during which the therapist will ask you some questions to get to know you better and understand where you're at and what your goals for therapy are. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about the process, and see if you feel like the therapist is a good fit for you.

Individual Therapy 10,000 JPY

Individual sessions are generally conducted weekly or biweekly, keeping your therapy goals in mind. You and your therapist will work through any difficulties you may be having, learn new life skills, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you. The style and flow of therapy is entirely unique and tailored to each individual.

Child Therapy 10,000 JPY

Child therapy is conducted on weekends with a trained, qualified child therapist. We use play therapy and art therapy techniques to connect with your child virtually and walk alongside them as they learn emotional regulation skills, social skills, and healthy coping mechanisms. As with all therapy the content of each session is confidential, however we update caregivers on the progress of therapy periodically or when requested. We may also work with your child's school or doctor if necessary.

Couples Therapy 16,000 JPY

Couples therapy is designed to help couples work through communication issues, understand each other better, work towards mutual goals, and find a safe space in each other.
Conditions for couples therapy:
- Couples must come to session together, every time.
- There must be no ongoing domestic violence.

- Couples wanting to work through infidelity must have ended their affair and be able to be honest in the therapy space.

If you do not qualify for couples therapy due to one of the above conditions, you may be more suited to individual therapy first.
